Refund and Return Policy

1. Return/Exchange/Refund Timeline

  • Requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds must be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • After 7 days, we cannot process any return or refund requests.

2. Evidence Requirement for Damaged Items

  • If your merchandise arrives damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • You must provide clear photos or videos showing:

    1. The damaged item from multiple angles.

    2. The original packaging, including shipping label.

    3. Any visible damage to the packaging upon arrival.

  • Without sufficient evidence, we cannot approve refunds or exchanges for damage claims.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays: For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item chosen, wrong color/size).

  • We pay: If the return is approved because of our mistake (e.g., wrong item sent) or proven delivery damage.

4. Item Condition for Returns

Returned merchandise must be:

  • Unused and unworn.

  • In original packaging and in resellable condition.

  • Free of stains, odors, or signs of use.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Clearance or sale items.

  • Merchandise damaged by misuse, negligence, or improper handling after delivery.

  • Items returned without required photo/video evidence for damage claims.

6. Refund Options

If your return/refund is approved, we can offer:

  • Refund to your original payment method.

  • Store credit or gift card for future purchases.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned merchandise.
